Precision Machine Shop for Milling, Drilling, and CNC Turning in Spencer, Ohio
MackLock Bronze, Inc. has the ability to CNC turn a wide variety of metals. We are able to chuck parts with diameters that range from 1/8″ minimum to 12″ maximum and up to 7″ in overall length, with tolerances of ± 0.0003. We can bar pull material with diameters that range from 1/8″ minimum to 2 1/2″ maximum and up to 36″ long. Also, we are able to perform the following oil grooves: Circular, Single Loop, Double Loop, Figure Eight and Double Figure Eight.
We are not content to stop simply with high-quality CNC machining. We can also provide manual drilling and machining and graphite plugs and grooves for all parts we machine. Production volumes are never a problem. Our precision machine shop is comfortable with low volume, small run, high volume, large run, and large scale production runs. We work on lead times of three to four weeks, but when our customers need it, we can easily provide expedited services.
